ABOUT

Phil Blattenberger is a writer, director, and film producer best known for Condor's Nest (2023) and Laws of Man (2024).

Nominated for Best First-time Filmmaker at the St. Louis International Film Festival, Blattenberger also garnered nominations for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay at the Sydney Indie Film Festival, where his debut feature, Vietnam drama Point Man, won Best Film. In 2021 he moved on to helm Voltage Pictures title Condor's Nest, which he wrote and directed. He recently completed his third film, crime/thriller Laws of Man.

In his burgeoning career, Phil has directed the likes of Harvey Keitel, Dermot Mulroney, Keith Carradine, Graham Greene, Richard Brake, Bruce Davison, Jorge Garcia, Kelly Lynn Reiter, Christofer El, Forrie J. Smith, James Urbaniak, Arnold Vosloo, Jackson Rathbone, and Michael Ironside.

He is the owner and founder of Lost Galleon Films, but he answers to his daughter, Zoe, and cat, Penny.
